Reviews for Randolph's 1320
Review highlights
Based on 35 reviewsRandolph's 1320 in Watertown has garnered positive public attention for its friendly, small-town atmosphere and attentive customer service. Diners commonly praise the flavorful and fresh menu offerings, including standout items such as onion rings, cheese curds, shrimp dishes, and various fried specialties. While the food is generally well-received and reasonably priced, some guests note limited menu availability on certain days and occasional inconsistencies in ingredient quality. The restaurant’s welcoming environment and unique interior contribute to an overall pleasant dining experience, making it a favored local spot despite minor critiques related to menu variety and ingredient ripeness.
Service was good. Fish and chips were abundant and flavorful. Owner is a bit quirky and could be nicer. Food was reasonably priced but limited in what they served on the day we attended. They would only do fried items and some items I guess were out of stock but we were told upfront by the waitress. Tomatoes on salad needed to be riper. Blackened shrimp was good. Others had gumbo and said it was not too spicy which was what they were looking for.
This was a pleasant, accidental find, as I was just passing through on Sunday, Oct. 12. Super friendly staff and great service! I spoke with the owner for a little bit, and he shared with me the history of the place, and how much work was put into opening. The interior and atmosphere is magnificent! I tried the cheese curds and chicken sandwich. They were both very tasty! I recommend! If you're ever in Watertown, I highly recommend!!! I'm looking forward to my next visit there!
So nice to have a new place to eat in Watertown. Delicious food, loved the hot honey pepperoni pizza and the fried mushrooms with the dip was also great! Can’t wait to go back!
Cannot say enough amazing things about our experience here. EVERY SINGLE PERSON we encountered here was over the top, small town friendly ! We we sat and gabbed like we'd know each other for years . First, we ordered the onion rings ... OUT OF THIS WORLD, AMAZING!! best onion rings I've ever had! The onion ring sauce was delicious, then she hit us with " you should try the spicy ranch" (((all made in house))) Couldn't decide which sauce was better! We ordered the fish tacos with mango pineapple slaw & the lemon blackened chicken with rice & green beans.. Y'all these dishes are something you'd find in a nashville restaurant! Top notch, especially for Watertown... or anywhere in wilson county for that matter!! The tacos were delicious but im pretty sure I'll dream about that chicken & green beans!! We topped it off with the creme brulee raspberry cheesecake..... I'd rank it right up there with cheesecake factory... we should have each ordered a slice instead of split one. We didnt eat lunch from being so busy at work today , so we saved room for a delicious dinner and this place hit the spot!! We will 110% be back! This will now be one of our regular restaurants we visit!! Highly recommend!!
This is the 2nd time my husband and I have eaten at Randolph’s and both times have been delicious! We ordered the cheese curds, garlic parmesan chicken wings, burnout shrimp and mahi fish tacos. Everything is fresh and flavorful and the customer service is outstanding. Watertown is lucky to have this gem!
My wife, son and I ate after taking a train ride from Nashville. This place is new with huge TVs on the walls. They haven't added the needed pictures and accents but the food is fresh and worth it. We had the buffalo shrimp, fish n chips and fish tacos. Yes all seafood. It was all great also. Flavors were all on point. This is great for a small town. Definitely the best food in the square. Can't wait to come back.
My mom and I had such a great experience at this restaurant! We tried the chicken wings (both the Burnout and Garlic Parmesan flavors) and the shrimp tacos and everything was absolutely delicious. The wings were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, and the shrimp tacos were fresh and satisfying. The service was just as impressive as the food. Our waitress was attentive and kind and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere welcoming, and has a cute, comfortable vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. This is definitely one of those places you’ll be glad you found. Great for kids and families too! Highly recommend!
Absolutely awesome! We got the wings and shrimp tacos to go for Sunday afternoon football. The wings were phenomenal. Great buffalo sauce with a depth of flavor you don't normally find on wings. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the tacos were loaded up with fresh ingredients. The tortilla chips were obviously made fresh. Can't wait to try this place again!!! UUM!
